USE
Iron, alloys and galvanizing before anchoring, wood, masonry, plastic (excluding PE, PVC and PPE). It can be applied on products destined for exposure in urban, rural, coastal and industrial environments of medium aggressiveness. It can be coated with synthetic solvent or water based enamels.
APPLICATION
The surface to be painted must be prepared with suitable treatment, namely: ON NEW IRON SUPPORTS: for a better anchorage and for a longer life in time, the surface must be sanded, eliminating rust, especially the detaching one. It is necessary to degrease with water and soap or washing diluent, eventually forming a calamine. Apply one or more coats of product at a distance of at least 12 hours from each other. ON NEW SUPPORTS IN ALLOYS AND GALVANIZED: suitable anchoring primer is recommended. ON PAINTED SURFACES: if the pre-existing paint layer does not recommend complete removal, degrease with water and detergent, rinse. If the existing paints are in the process of detachment, brush \/ sand thoroughly, especially the parts affected by the detaching rust or proceed with the paint stripping with paint stripper. Wash with washing diluent, or with water and soap, then apply an anchoring primer if it is alloys or galvanized and then one or more coats of product at a distance of at least 12 hours from each other.
